Jon Undermines Kate-Retaliates By Eye Rolling

Sometimes I think, how immature and ignorant Jon and Kate Gosselin are.

Why did Jon take his 3 little boys to a Par 3 golf course? Why didn't he just take them to a mini-putt? This way Jon could golf himself and show off. Who cares about Jon Gosselin golfing?

The part that really bothered me was when Joel was getting Colin dirty, and Colin clearly did not want to be dirty. I am sure he can put two and two together at this point and realizes by coming home dirty will only turn Kate on him....what else might my Mommy threaten to throw away??? God that is sad.

But the real bugger for me was the way Jon handled it. He told the boys their mother had brainwashed them into thinking getting dirty was bad. Ok. Jon is right. But these are 4 year old boys-can you imagine how CONFUSED these guys are? We can get dirty and roll around on the grass when we are just with Daddy, but when it is Mommy and Daddy, we can't!!!

Jon, grow some MANBERRIES. Rolling your eyes in the confessional chair while Kate babbles on does not equate to being a man. It just reinforces the fact that you are a wuss. And the only time you are brave enough to show it is when Kate isn't looking.

ENOUGH WITH THIS SHOW-GET REAL JOBS AND LET YOUR CHILDREN BE CHILDREN!

I put this comment on a post below but it goes here also. I don't think Collin of all the kids would be one to have worried about getting dirty until Kate had such a spell over a bit of gum on his bear. Now he's unnaturally concerned for a four year old over normal "dirt" that happens. It makes me sad for him.

I think kids mimic their parents. If a parent is a neat freak, that is all the child will know. The child has nothing else to compare it to at that age.

If you hate them sooooooo much, QUIT WATCHING THE SHOW! Wait, you must secretly LOVE the show, or you wouldn't waste your time watching it, because that wouldn't really make much sense, now would it? So which is it? Do you secretly LOVE the show or have no sense?

I too thought watching Jon take his kids golfing under the guise of a family outing was a snooze a rama. This was definately more something the kids were tagging along on, than a special outing planned just for them.

I don't think there is anything wrong with bringing your kids with you when you run errands or do things that are fun for you (this is mostly what i do with my kids, and also educational). Just don't call it an outing for the kids.

And Kate couldn't even let the girls stir the bowl or shake the bag of chex mix? Seriously, what could they do with a sealed bag of cereal.

Sorry, Kate is just NO fun!

I don't know why the space is wasted for this....I think this blog is better than that kind of rant.

Every once in a while we let one through so we can point to our FAQ.

Speaking as a person who watches this show but can't stand Jon Gosselin... I watch this show almost as a sociological experiment. You can see the transformation of Jon Gosselin, right from the very first special. I am referring specifically to how he proudly stated the exact square footage of their new home (the one that they we see on their show now). It is almost embarrassing to watch him speak, the way that he acts like such a hot shot. Nevertheless, his head has gotten bigger with each episode and year of this exploitation.

Love the FAQ section. So TIRED of people saying that those who criticize must in truth "love " the show...Come on..it is all about being informed before forming an opinion...how does that happen unless you watch?????

Why did Jon have to take the boys to do something that HE would enjoy doing? How often have we seen him take the 3 boys out by himself? This was incredibly selfish on his part. You can't just drag 4 year old boys out onto a golf course and expect them to have any fun. There should be a lesson or two involved first, no? Nice of Dick's Sporting Goods too to hand over 3 sets of kids clubs that will probably never be used again. If Jon wanted to golf so bad, he couldn't find a buddy to go out with for the afternoon? He had the chance to spend a nice day alone with his 3 boys, which hardly ever happens, he should have chosen to do something more age appropriate. What do the viewers really have to gain by watching Jon Gosselin swing a golf club? Uh, same as watching him tool around on roller blades, snowboards, skis, skates, or get his head sliced open....a BIG FAT NOTHING! I've really seen a change in this fool since he quit working. He seemed like a somewhat responsible person trying to provide for his family when he worked outside of the home. Now he just seems like a lazy, selfish, opportunistic brat.

I think this show is pretty sad--they are using these kids to get free stuff, etc and don't realize what it is doing to them. Cara and Mady are brats and the little ones are following suit. At this age, 4, they should not be hitting and throwing tantrums as much as they do! Are they just always punching and making each other cry? Kate is a beast and Jon is a lazy ass. I really think they are just a white trash family. The whole golf episode was a joke--why buy clubs for the kids? Did they even use them? The most activity they did that day was run up and down steps--as Jon was going from hole to hole. He seems really immature. It's a shame these 2 fools had kids!

Mady has attitude issues . . . .
If she was my kid, I would not put up with her jealousy and anger.
Jon and Kate need better parenting skills . . . .

Let's not forget that this show is 22 minutes out of a solid week (at least) in the lives of this family. Of course only the more dramatic moments will make it to the show. This is not a 360 degree picture of the Gosselins and therefore not something we can base a thorough judgement on.
