It's a Crazy Life, but it's Our Life recap
With the cameras gone for now, and hopefully forever, and this being the last official episode of Jon & Kate plus Eight, this will be the last planned recap on GWoP. So, in light of this, we wanted to make this recap a collaborative effort from all of the mods. We also want to say thank you to all the recappers who have provided us with humorous and poignant recaps over the last year and a half. Each and every recap has been great. Thank you so much! Also a special thanks to all the readers who have supported our recappers, your support has made a tough job a bit easier.

Happy Thanksgiving
A happy Thanksgiving to all. We have one more thing to give thanks for this year with the end of the show. Be safe to those yet to be on the roads. Traffic was already bad yesterday.
Future of the Blog
Questions are coming in about the blog. We aren't going to close it while people still want to discuss the Gosselins. One of the main reasons for starting the blog was the closing of the Jon & Kate Plus 8 thread on Television Without Pity (TWoP). We may make some changes to make it easier on us, but we will warn you in advance. One of the things we plan to do shortly is reduce the number of open posts. The next step may be to reduce the frequency of opening new posts.
Monday, November 23 - It's a Crazy Life, But it's Our Life
In the series finale Kate and the kids milk cows at a dairy farm. Jon and the kids learn about firefighting and help out at a firestation. Then, Jon and Kate speak about recent life events, the series and the ups and downs of the last few years.
The show is over and so is the marriage. This is Kate leaving the arbitration today. Hopefully this will be a cautionary tale to other families now involved or considering involvement in reality TV.
So long and farewell.

TLC has confirmed Kate Gosselin has a new TV series. A spokesperson for the network said Thursday that Kate’s new show will launch in the spring of 2010.
Earlier this year TLC announced that Jon and Kate Plus 8, the reality show Kate shared with estranged husband Jon Gosselin, would be retitled Kate Plus 8 as Jon would no longer be appearing on the show. Jon halted production with a cease and desist order that banned TLC film crews from entering the Pennsylvania home he owns with Kate. TLC was eventually forced to end the show. They are now suing Jon, 32, for breach of contract.
TLC now denies Kate’s show is ‘Kate Plus 8.’ “Kate Plus 8 is not in production. We are focusing on the launch of Kate's new series in early spring,” said a network spokesperson.
It is unclear if Jon and Kate's 8 children will be featured on the show. Kate, 34, has not commented

This recap is dedicated to Kate Gosselin’s New And Improved Breasts, without whom this episode clearly would not have been possible, given the level to which they were displayed. Well done, Ms. Gosselin! Yes, they sure are round and perky and plump, and we all noticed; how could we not? They’re a metaphor, actually, a temporary testament to what you’ve accomplished during this whole sorry debacle: spending money on frivolities for yourself that your children earned by being forced to have their childhoods broadcast for the entire planet to watch. Kate shares never before seen footage from the cutting room floor. The family decides to get passports for a big trip, Kate celebrates her 10th wedding anniversary with the kids, Jon tries to train the dogs and Kate hits the road for her book signing.

Cuz the other 10 they’ve put together haven’t been bad enough, they let the viewers vote on this one.
